WHOLESALE PRICES
The wholesale prices listed are available only to licensed professionals in the nursery trade. To purchase products at wholesale, the purchasing company must be actively engaged in the landscape industry and present a valid nursery license from the Colorado Department of Agriculture, 700 Kipling Parkway, phone: 303-239-4154.


SALES
Sales are CASH, CHECK (with proper ID), VISA, MASTERCARD or ON ACCOUNT (established or approved). All customers paying by check or charge must provide JOB INFORMATION as to where the materials are being delivered or installed. The owner or project name and address are required. Credit may be established by completing a credit application, which generally takes 10-14 working days to process. Return check: $25.00 charge.


GUARANTEE
We guarantee all stock to be in healthy condition, free of all injurious pests and disease, and true to name and description. Each plant will be labeled. If any stock proves otherwise, we will exchange for same or lesser value. Claims must be made immediately upon receipt of stock. Once stock leaves the nursery or is accepted by the buyer, we cannot be held liable for damage due to lack of maintenance or from natural causes. We accept all orders subject to crop conditions and reserve the right to cancel said orders or portions thereof should injury befall our crops due to natural or unnatural causes. NO OTHER WARRANTY IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.


RESTOCKING CHARGE
All returns are subject to a 25% handling charge. We will not accept damaged or uncared-for materials.  


TAGGING
Any B&B plant material, large container items and statuary may be tagged. When ordering or tagging, the job name and address must be indicated on the order. We will hold the tagged material for up to 30 days. After that, these items will be returned to inventory. NOTE: You must be with your client in order for them to tag plant material. 

LOADING
Care of nursery stock, securing, tarping, etc. becomes the responsibility of the buyer once it is loaded on the buyer's vehicle. Please come prepared to properly care for stock purchases while transporting. It can be detrimental to plant material when traveling distances untarped.

DELIVERY *
Local delivery service is available upon request. The buyer is responsible for unloading and placing stock at the job site. The buyer must provide proper equipment and labor to do so. All deliveries are curbside only. We will allow a maximum of one hour to unload our trucks. Unloading stock constitutes acceptance. Forty-eight hours advance notice is required for all deliveries.

Delivery Charge - $105.00

* In the event of unforeseen increases in fuel prices, we reserve the right to add a surcharge to all deliveries without notice.


CLAIMS
All claims for shortages and problems with items - such as disease, insects, size, variety or grade must be made at the time of delivery and noted on the invoice or delivery document. Upon adjustment of refused items, the invoice will be changed immediately.


PRICES
All prices are F.O.B. Green Acres Nursery and are subject to change without notice.


POT RETURNS
Clean, unbroken plastic pots may be returned to the nursery. The nursery reserves the right to limit the styles and quantities of pots accepted.
